Hal ini bisa dilakukan jika kita memiliki modul CP 243-1 yang harganya cukup mahal. Alternatif koneksi secara serial bisa menggunakan protokol OPC. Untuk&nbsp; <em>access name<\/em> diberikan :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"\\&quot;wp-block-list\\&quot; wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access Name \u00a0 : bebas (misal : SIEMENS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application Name \u00a0 : OPCLINK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Topic Name \u00a0 : bebas (misal : SIEMENS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk <em>item name<\/em>, penamaan bebas dengan format tertentu, misalnya :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>dinput1<\/li>\n<li>dinput2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Huruf \\&#8221;d\\&#8221; awal diberikan karena tipe data <em>discrete<\/em> (jika i : integer, r : real, m : message). \\&#8221;input1\\&#8221; dan \\&#8221;input2\\&#8221; ialah nama yang digunakan pada program KepServerEx.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note :<\/em> <em>seharusnya<\/em> \\&#8221;item name\\&#8221; sesuai dengan alamat PLC (misal : I0.0), namun dari hasil uji belum berhasil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KepServerEx<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Konfigurasi pada KepServerEx ialah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<figure><a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gambar2.jpg\\\"><img class=\\\"aligncenter  wp-image-947\\\" title=\\\"gambar2\\\" src=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gambar2.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"474\\\" height=\\\"185\\\"><\/a><\/figure><p style=\\\"text-align:center\\\"><\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:left\\\">Hal yang perlu diperhatikan ialah pengaturan <em>tag<\/em>, karena <em>data type<\/em> yang harus digunakan ialah <em>Byte <\/em>(jika tipe <em>Boolean<\/em> justru tidak berjalan).<\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:left\\\"><strong>OPCLink<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:left\\\">Konfigurasi pada OPCLink ialah sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<figure><a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gambar31.jpg\\\"><img class=\\\"aligncenter  wp-image-949\\\" title=\\\"gambar3\\\" src=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gambar31.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"415\\\" height=\\\"326\\\"><\/a><\/figure><p style=\\\"text-align:center\\\"><\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:left\\\"><em>Topic name<\/em> pada bagian ini harus sama dengan <em>Device Name <\/em>pada KepServerEx.
