{"id":737,"date":"2011-05-13T09:28:26","date_gmt":"2011-05-13T09:28:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.akademiautomasi.com\/?p=737"},"modified":"2011-05-13T09:28:26","modified_gmt":"2011-05-13T09:28:26","slug":"komunikasi-wonderware-intouch-plc-dengan-opc-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.akademiautomasi.com\/?p=737","title":{"rendered":"Komunikasi Wonderware InTouch &#8211; PLC dengan OPC (2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Posting berikut merupakan kelanjutan dari <a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/22\/komunikasi-wonderware-intouch-plc-dengan-opc-1\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">posting sebelumnya <\/a>tentang konsep komunikasi <em>Wonderware InTouch<\/em> dan PLC melalui OPC. <em>Well<\/em>, dengan menulis posting di blog ini memang memaksa saya untuk terus belajar sedikit demi sedikit \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:center\\\"><a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/laptop-opc2.gif\\\"><img class=\\\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-744\\\" title=\\\"laptop-opc2\\\" src=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/laptop-opc2.gif\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"259\\\" height=\\\"160\\\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ada 3 bagian yang harus diatur supaya komunikasi berhasil :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengaturan <em>KepServerEx<\/em> 5 (OPC <em>Server<\/em> dari <em>KepWare<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Pengaturan <em>Wonderware InTouch<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Pengaturan <em>OPCLink<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\\\"color:#000080\\\"><strong>Pengaturan <em>KepServerEx<\/em> 5 <\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pada program ini Anda perlu membuat <em>Channel<\/em> baru. Pengaturan <em>Channel<\/em> meliputi penentuan jenis I\/O <em>Driver<\/em><strong><\/strong> yang akan digunakan pada <em>KepServerEx<\/em> 5, dalam kasus ini : <em>Omron Host Link<\/em>. Selain itu juga akan diatur konfigurasi komunikasi serial yang digunakan.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah membuat <em>channel<\/em>, tambahkan <em>device<\/em> baru. Konfigurasi <em>device<\/em> meliputi penentuan tipe PLC Omron yang digunakan serta ID suatu PLC dalam jaringan.<\/p>\n<p>Bagian terakhir yang bersifat <em>optional<\/em> ialah penentuan <em>tag,<\/em> dimana Anda bisa memasukkan variabel yang mewakili alamat tertentu dari PLC Omron. Keuntungan jika menambahkan <em>tag <\/em>ialah isinya akan dapat di-<em>browse<\/em> oleh OPCLink yang lain. Berikut ini hasil konfigurasi saya di <em>KepServerEx<\/em> 5.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\\\"text-align:center\\\"><a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/kepserver1.jpg\\\"><img class=\\\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-746\\\" title=\\\"KepServer1\\\" src=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/kepserver1.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"368\\\" height=\\\"192\\\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\\\"color:#000080\\\"><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><em><\/em>Pengaturan <em>Wonderware InTouch<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Tag <\/em>yang digunakan pada aplikasi harus menggunakan tipe I\/O discrete, dengan konfigurasi <em>access name<\/em> sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access Name : bebas<\/li>\n<li>Application Name : OPCLINK &#8211;&gt; tidak boleh diganti yang lain<\/li>\n<li>Topic Name : bebas &#8211;&gt; harus sama dengan <em>topic <\/em>pada OPCLink<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk penamaan <em>item name<\/em> sedikit berbeda dengan saat menggunakan I\/O Server Omron Host Link. Contohnya :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dIR000.00 &#8211;&gt; bukan IR00000<\/li>\n<li>dIR010.00 &#8211;&gt; bukan IR01000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Huruf \\&#8221;d\\&#8221; di depan alamat berarti tipe data yang digunakan ialah <em>discrete<\/em>, silahkan cek di manual\/dokumentasi OPCLink untuk tipe data yang lain. Berikut ini aplikasi sederhana yang saya gunakan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/intouch11.jpg\\\"><img class=\\\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-742\\\" title=\\\"InTouch1\\\" src=\\\"http:\/\/learnautomation.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/intouch11.jpg\\\" alt=\\\"\\\" width=\\\"226\\\" height=\\\"166\\\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\\\"color:#000080\\\"><strong>Pengaturan OPC Link<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Seperti di <em>Omron Host Link<\/em>, kita harus membuat <em>Topic <\/em>baru yang sama dengan <em>topic name<\/em> di aplikasi WW InTouch. Setelah itu kita masukkan OPC Server Name yang kita gunakan (akan muncul dalam bentuk <em>list). <\/em>Kemudian masukkan <em>OPC Path <\/em>yang didapatkan dari hasil <em>browse<\/em> OPC Server.
